Professsor Dr. Nakamura earned his Doctorate Degree in Economics from University of Tokyo in 1998. Nowadays he serves in Institute of Social Science University of Tokyo where he has a full time professorship. He also serves in the Japan Institute of Labor as Special Researcher.
