Secara bersamaan buku ini mendukung paradigma yang menyatakan bahwa krisis otoritas hadis sesungguhnya tidak disebabkan oleh matan hadis yang tidak rasional dan tidak relevan dengan konteks kekinian, melainkan karena ketidakmampuan kita untuk memahaminya secara benar sehingga mendiskreditkan kesahihannya.
Untuk membuktikan eksistensi otoritas hadis dan menghindari stigma negatif terhadap hadis-hadis musykil, penulis menawarkan metode baru dalam mengkaji hadis yang penulis sebut dengan “takhrij kontekstual”. Metode ini merupakan usaha reaktualisasi metode penelitian hadis dengan mensinergikan antara metode takhrij hadis (konvensional) dengan pemahaman matan hadis yang kontekstual dan komprehensif. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu pemahaman hadis yang aktual namun tetap mengakar pada tradisi kajian hadis terdahulu.

Secara bersamaan buku ini mendukung paradigma yang menyatakan bahwa krisis otoritas hadis sesungguhnya tidak disebabkan oleh matan hadis yang tidak rasional dan tidak relevan dengan konteks kekinian, melainkan karena ketidakmampuan kita untuk memahaminya secara benar sehingga mendiskreditkan kesahihannya.

Secara bersamaan buku ini mendukung paradigma yang menyatakan bahwa krisis otoritas hadis sesungguhnya tidak disebabkan oleh matan hadis yang tidak rasional dan tidak relevan dengan konteks kekinian, melainkan karena ketidakmampuan kita untuk memahaminya secara benar sehingga mendiskreditkan kesahihannya.
Untuk membuktikan eksistensi otoritas hadis dan menghindari stigma negatif terhadap hadis-hadis musykil, penulis menawarkan metode baru dalam mengkaji hadis yang penulis sebut dengan “takhrij kontekstual”. Metode ini merupakan usaha reaktualisasi metode penelitian hadis dengan mensinergikan antara metode takhrij hadis (konvensional) dengan pemahaman matan hadis yang kontekstual dan komprehensif. Secara bersamaan buku ini mendukung paradigma yang menyatakan bahwa krisis otoritas hadis sesungguhnya tidak disebabkan oleh matan hadis yang tidak rasional dan tidak relevan dengan konteks kekinian, melainkan karena ketidakmampuan kita untuk memahaminya secara benar sehingga mendiskreditkan kesahihannya.
Untuk membuktikan eksistensi otoritas hadis dan menghindari stigma negatif terhadap hadis-hadis musykil, penulis menawarkan metode baru dalam mengkaji hadis yang penulis sebut dengan “takhrij kontekstual”. Metode ini merupakan usaha reaktualisasi metode penelitian hadis dengan mensinergikan antara metode takhrij hadis (konvensional) dengan pemahaman matan hadis yang kontekstual dan komprehensif. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu pemahaman hadis yang aktual namun tetap mengakar pada tradisi kajian hadis terdahulu.
