 Audrey Niffenegger (lahir 13 Juni 1963) adalah penulis dan seniman visual yang tinggal di Chicago. Ia profesor full time di Interdisciplinary Book Arts MFA Program, Columbia College Chicago Center for Book and Paper Arts, mengajar mata kuliah penulisan, letterpress printing, dan produksi buku edisi istimewa.Ia pernah memperoleh grant dari Vogelstein Foundation, beasiswa dari Union League Civic Arts Foundation, School of the Art Institute of Chicago.Ia juga menulis novel grafis, atau "novel dalam gambar", menurut istilah Niffenegger, berjudul The Three Incestuous Sisters dan The Adventuress.
